Vice President/General Manager - Steel Fabrication & Erection - Houston, TX

Gryphon Oakwood are currently hiring for a Vice President/General Manager for a medium size organization operating across the Midwest and Southeast US.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry and proven ability to grow businesses. They will set the course for success by developing clear direction and managing performance metrics. This leader will also be accountable for the overall financial health of the organization, ensuring a balanced budget and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Balanced experience in both steel fabrication and erection (10 years)
• Experience leading nation-wide projects
• management of a business unit P/L - ideally in the region of $50M-100M
• MBA preferred not required
