Position Summary:
The Layered Promotion Execution Coordinator supports the entry and validation of Copient tags. This support includes the implementation and maintenance of all Copient offers in the required system(s) (Copient database, Vestcom portal, Workfront). This individual will also be responsible for supporting the Merchandising Planning Managers.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates information flow between Category Teams, Sales Team, Advertising, Pricing and Copient Offer Delivery
• Works collaboratively across Merchandising, Marketing and ADUSA teams
• Processes information required from Category teams and advertising to enable tag creation to support promotions
• Enters promotions into vendor portal for tag creation
• Validates category-generated forms, vendor-generated tags
• Ensures accuracy in all aspects of layered promotions
• Acts as a liaison between Merchandising teams, Marketing, Pricing and ADUSA
• Responsible for accuracy of layered promotions supporting the Ad - ensuring the images and tag/sign descriptions match the promotions and the deals match the system
• Accountable for end-to-end Layered promotional validation and quality control
• Ensures timely and accurate response to any store queries or Retail Discrepancy Issues regarding layered promotion tags and signs
• Collaborates with Vestcom (Tag Vendor) to ensure timely and accurate execution of all layered promotions (including accurate ad versioning)
• Responsible for protecting margin by identifying issues with layered promotions
• Responds to store inquires on layered promotions in a timely manner
• Completing ad grid updates, ad portal closeouts, ad proofing, period planning builds and ad validation

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
