We’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced sales professional to join our sales team. The right candidate is excited about the RV industry and has previous sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Be a listener to our customers needs and desires with ability to translate those into the right RV.
  • Understand and execute our sales process.
  • Be able to multitask, juggling many leads daily.
  • Give effective and energizing walkthroughs of our RV’s
  • Collect customer information and follow up often
  • Serve our customers with integrity and honesty before, during and after the sale
  • Be a self starter, always working to find new leads
  • Maintain relationships with current and past customers.
  • Be a team player by working with and supporting other team members
  • Understanding of our industry; knowledge of RV function, amenities & lifestyle
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Track and maintain sales leads with CRM software.
  • Communicate with customers via multiple channels; in person, phone, email, website, chat and messenger.
Job Requirements
  • Previous sales experience is required. RV sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills.

  • Compensation is based on experience and your ability to perform. No caps on income potential or growth.
  • 5 day work week with guaranteed Sundays off.
