Summary The Brand Operations & General Manager will drive growth and success in the U.S. market by overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability, and providing strategic leadership to launch and manage new restaurant concepts. Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:
Develop and implement innovative fast casual concepts.
Collaborate with teams to operationalize ideas.
Localize new restaurant concepts, including menu and service models.
Standardizing Operations:
Create and implement SOPs for consistency and quality.
Develop scalable systems and processes.
Monitor performance and optimize operations using data-driven decisions.
Strategic Leadership:
Lead stores and internal teams to achieve business goals.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Business Planning and Development:
Develop strategies to expand company's market presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership on business goals.
Marketing and Sales Management:
Develop strategies with the marketing team to enhance brand image.
Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Conduct sales meetings, generate leads, and close deals.
Attend trade shows and network across North America.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
Strong experience in business and franchise development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, and business planning.
