Gibson is Hiring a Brand Manager, Sound Solutions Near Nashville, TN
The Gibson Brand Manager holds a direct reporting line to the Director of Brands and assumes responsibility for the amplifier and pedal brands and product communications. This individual will maintain close collaboration with the Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to ensure seamless coordination of global New Product Introduction. They will oversee various aspects such as cataloging, packaging direction, and product marketing while developing go-to-market briefs for execution of both NPIs and core story focuses. Additionally, they will drive the brand vision and mission across all dealer and consumer touchpoints. A comprehensive understanding of the amplifier, guitar and pedal space is crucial to propel these brands forward – Gibson (amplifiers only), Mesa/Boogie and Maestro. The candidate will work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Commercial, Demand Planning, and Operations as needed. Essential Functions
Build brand plan (campaign brief) and leverage cross functional resources (ER, Marketing, Commercial, Product) to drive brand initiatives
Master brand project management dynamics to drive organization, calendarization and operational efficiency at Gibson
Understanding and education of product assortment to internal team and domestic and international dealers and partners
Product Development collaboration of market insights and feedback – how are we performing?
Own product cataloging, approval and sharing of all NPI material – from copy to photography to finished creative
Assist in the development of brand and product marketing decks, roadmap and all associated delivery milestones to ensure consistent delivery of marketing plans and assets to internal team (CMM), key partners, dealers and influencers
Organize events related to product launches, partnership activations, team education, trade-shows, dealer activations and sales events
Support in demand planning at a factory level to achieve timely new product introductions and cataloging for marketing initiatives
Support product development in packaging and unboxing experiences focusing on product marketing
Bring out-of-the-box ideas to campaigning these brands and products
Carry out market research to keep up to date with consumer, competitor, and industry trends. Plus, communicate these learnings to the Marketing team, and partners, at Gibson.
Time will be spent 100% with 70% Mesa/Boogie, 25% Gibson, 5% Maestro
Perform other duties as required or assigned

Required Education And Experience
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Project Management, Business Operations or equivalent degree or related work experience
5 years in brand management and planning-based roles
