What you will do:

· Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities for Gideon Taylor’s proprietary enterprise technology solutions and services offerings.

· Understand the competitive landscape and prospects’ needs so you can effectively position the value of Gideon Taylor’s solutions, PeopleSoft and Oracle’s innovative products and deployment methodologies, and Professional and Managed Services.

· Present overviews of Gideon Taylor products and PeopleSoft/Oracle services and conduct product and services discovery sessions.

· Create and validate Professional Services proposals and high-level project plans.

· Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

· Negotiate Product and Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documentation.

· Provide support for services, activities, and events.

Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Service Partners.

Basic Qualifications

· 5 years' experience in ERP Software and/or Professional Services Sales in ERP / SaaS environment.

· Proven track record in managing sophisticated software and/or service sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue and profitability attainment.

· Experience in the Commercial, Healthcare, Public Sector, and/or Higher Education sectors

· Solid experience in Business Development, Sales, Managed Services, Projects, or Staff Augmentation.

· Work with RFPs, SOWs, Managed Services, and Technical Projects.

Other Qualifications:

· Solid understanding of vendors, products, and services in the Financials, SCM, and/or HCM Enterprise Application space.

· Great presentation and writing skills while participating in a fast-paced, sophisticated product and services sales cycle.

· Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of cloud and SaaS architecture.

· Exceptional management of time and resources to support critical sales cycles.

· Standout colleague, with the capability of working collaboratively and independently.

· Ability to describe and explain business process flows and understand critical elements to optimization.

· Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

· Ability to travel up to 25%.
