We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our commercial clients, handling inquiries, and managing policies. The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.

Requirements


  • License: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License and 3 years of experience to be considered.
  • Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accurate and efficient in data entry tasks.
