GIFTED Healthcare - Education is hiring a School - Based Social Worker for our full-time position in New Mexico for 24/25 school year.

School Social Worker:
- Full-time hours | 30 hours a week
- $45 - $48 an hour
- REMOTE
- School Social Worker licensure preferred
- LCSW Required
- Travel incentives apply for those who qualify
Responsibilities of the School Social Worker:
- Develop and implement intervention and prevention programs that assist in the reduction of at-risk students
- Participate on problem-solving teams in the school environment to support student success and collaborate with community agencies to promote accessibility of services to the school community and inclusion of student families
- Assists students to improve their academic, personal and social functioning.
- Provides social skills, anger management, stress reduction or other similar instruction to students who are experiencing social/emotional/behavioral problems that interfere with their learning or the ability of others to learn.
- Provides short-term individual and group counseling to students who are experiencing social/emotional/behavioral problems that interfere with their learning or the ability of others to learn. Provides information to families and assists them in accessing long-term or intensive counseling services, as needed.
