How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

• You will partner with internal hiring managers and hiring team members to understand the requirements of the role and build a job description tailored to attract ideal talent 
• Develop and deploy creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent for current and future opportunities
• Create and maintain positive candidate experiences for each potential hire, gaining an understanding of their skills and interests 
• Manage entire recruitment process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance 
• Work proactively with hiring managers and executive team to plan future hiring needs
• Utilizes appropriate technology to manage applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations. 
• Keeps up to date with current employment laws and practices.

A Few Things About You

• 1-4 years of experience owning full life-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels. Healthcare industry is a plus. 
• Experience with taking complex processes and simplifying them for others to understand
• You understand legal considerations in recruiting and how to handle confidential and sensitive information 
• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Always keeps a positive attitude
