GigaCloud Technology (NASDAQ: GCT) is a fast-growing B2B platform with $600M in annual revenue, headquartered in the City of Industry. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are growing our sales department and are looking for a professional B2B sales manager for our fast-growing team immediately. We are looking for a team member based in the Southern California area who can work out of our City of Industry office as needed.

Job Tasks:

• Prospect new customers, follow up on existing and newly created leads
• Cold calling, arranging conference calls/meetings, follow up.
• Introductory & follow-up calls to new customers
• Provide B2B platform training to new customers
• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between customers and the operation team
• Introduction of new products from our B2B platform to customers

Preferred Experience:

• Relevant B2B e-commerce experience
• Experience in customer service, and sales
• Experience in Furniture wholesales industry

Preferred Skills:

• Customer Service and problem-solving skills
• Sales tactics and negotiations
• Ability to close deals
• Self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word

Preferred Education:

College degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type:

· Full-time, commission
