Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute content creation from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project objectives and GigFinesse branding.
- Create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects, collaborating with the creative team to ensure alignment with overall content strategy.
- Produce and evaluate content that engages our targeted audience, reflects our brand ethos, and achieves strategic goals.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Represent GigFinesse positively in all public interactions, reflecting our values and mission in the digital sphere.
- Located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
- Comfortable working in front of the camera
- Able to operate a DSLR in manual shooting mode
- Sufficient knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, or related editing software
- Minimum 3 years of experience in videography and/or social media with a strong portfolio.
- Firm grasp of content management systems, SEO, and online marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with a robust work ethic and impeccable attention to detail.
- Charismatic, outgoing personality; enjoys networking and building new partnerships.
- A flexible schedule that allows for attendance at shows and events as needed.
- A background in the music, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.
