Responsibilities

• Lead the screening and hiring processes for candidates
• Strategize and execute candidate sourcing and recruitment efforts
• Contribute to the development and implementation of orientation and training programs
• Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
• Analyze reports on staffing and recruitment activities

Skills Required

• Prior experience in a staffing coordinator or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
