This Customer Service Representative has the role of attending to call and correspondences, providing information with respect to insurance polcies to existing customers and communicating any changes to existing customers. Our licensed representatives are also responsible for cross selling to existing customers additional product lines, as well as marketing to prospective clients by quoting Farmers Insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business etc.)

They recommend solutions and ensure our customers make buying decisions based on the right amount of information after evaluating their needs through policy reviews in person or over the phone. This position is also the first point of contact for the agency via phone and in person.

Ideal candidate is goal oriented and will have a genuine interests in servicing our policyholders while helping our agency grow through value-based sales conversations and policy reviews.

CA P&C License requried

1 year minimum customer service experience in the insurance industry requried (Farmers Insurance experience a plus)

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, time management and follow through skills

Strong computer and technical skills
