Gilbert Cohen Insurance Agency- Farmers Insurance is Hiring a Farmer Near Roseville, CA

Our successful top rated Farmers Insurance agency is seeking to add an Administrative Support position immediately. This position will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our licensed insurance agents and customers as needed.

They will perform a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries via text and email correspondence, as well as following up with customers on notices of cancellations and outstanding underwriting documents as needed.

Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred, and Insurance industry experience is a plus! The admin support position will play a crucial role in the company's success by ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service possible.

They will work closely with our licensed insurance agents to provide support and perform clerical tasks that are essential to the company's operations.

Hours are flexible : 30-40HPW between 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Monday through Friday - Compensation is Hourly Base plus Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer information in the company database
  • Prepare and process payments
  • Assist customers with policy questions or concerns
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, texts and email correspondences
  • scan files, documents and maintain records in an organized manner
  • Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate agent or department
  • Provide administrative support to the insurance agents as needed
  • Perform repetitive clerical tasks in a highly accurate manner

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be Task oriented
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping
