Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction work, including power tools, siding, roofing, concrete forming, trim carpentry, caulking, cabinet installation, fabrication, tile laying, and metal stud framing.

Responsibilities:

- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, siding installation, roofing, and concrete forming
- Execute trim carpentry work including molding and baseboards
- Install cabinets and perform caulking as needed
- Fabricate and install tile as well as metal stud framing

Requirements:

- Proven experience in carpentry and construction work
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment
- Knowledge of various carpentry techniques including siding, roofing, concrete forming, trim work, cabinet installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
