Gillette Children's is Hiring an Associate Performance Strategist I Near Paul, MN

This position supports various PMSO functions including process improvement and project management. This position works closely with the PMSO Strategists and Director. The PMSO Associate Strategist is expected to maintain and promote excellent customer service internally to the PMSO team and to Gillette employees of all levels.

This is a hybrid position, requiring one day onsite per week, and as needed for the role. The office location is downtown St. Paul, MN. 

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage for this opportunity is $29.09/hour to $43.64/hour, with a median wage of $36.36/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees. Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Leads process improvement and project management activities.
    • Duties may include observation, process mapping, information gathering, data collection, facilitation, change management and internal communication.
    • Serves as a co-lead for cross-departmental initiatives.
    • Develops and maintains a basic understanding of process improvement methodologies and utilizes them to execute projects and initiatives effectively.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strategize, prepare, and execute goals along with maintaining results or adapting to changes as needed.
  • Training Development and Facilitation
    • Assist with developing and delivering process improvement and lean-related training content for a range of audiences in a variety of formats.
  • Design, maintain, and continually improve PMSO SharePoint site and other tools for internal communication, visibility, and education.
    • Partners with IS to explore and apply new tools and capabilities (e.g. data visualization).
    • Maintain process improvement and project management tools and educational resources.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum two years healthcare, process improvement, project management, education and development, and customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize workload independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn new skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in learning and development or training
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and methods
