Giularos Hospitality is hiring for an awesome Sales Manager in San Diego!
The Sales Manager is responsible for Generating room and group revenue for the hotel, and for ensuring that all group guests have an awesome experience! Selling within market segments, and hitting budgeted goals is key!
Your Day to Day Duties:
- Meet/exceed booking goals for guest room revenue
- Find and compile lists of prospective clients
- Cold Call to obtain new business
- Keep and push repeat client business by ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Site Tours
- Determine the guests needs, space availability, and meeting details
- Upsell Clients
- Handle BEO's when necessary and event set up management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years hotel sales experience
- Experience of Marsha and hotel PMS systems a plus
- Outgoing, eager personality
- Experience in growing room revenue
