This individual will oversee the restaurants, beverage and banquet operations of the hotel.

Must have experience in:

Ordering/Procurement

Banquet and Event Management

Restaurant and Outlet Management

P&L and Budgeting

What we are looking for?

3 years of F&B management experience in a hotel

Experience in the bar and drink scene

ServeSafe (if not, then must be willing to get)

Experience managing multiple managers in multiple areas (bar, restaurant, banquet, etc)
