PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS (WH/DIS)
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum of 1 year work experience in computerized warehouse is required
•Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift and other powered material handling equipment required
•SAP, barcoding experience preferred
•Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
•Excellent attendance, flexibility, enthusiasm and a positive approach to work performance
BASIC FUNCTION
•May be assigned to the warehouse, shipping or receiving to perform the responsibilities of the proper movement, loading and unloading, and/or staging of raw materials, supplies, finished goods, containers and returns using a warehouse management system
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Uses completed picking requirements to stage raw materials for production obtained from production and/or distillation schedules (WH)
•Shrink Wrapping (WH)
•Fulfill packaging requests for LQ (WH) Perform discards (WH)
•STO/SFS Picking (WH)
•Drum Wash (WH)
•Runner Support (WH)
•Cancel TO's (WH)
•Perform discards (WH)
•Transfers Masters (WH)
•Prepares unused raw materials for return to main warehouse. (WH)
•Handles containers, drums and pails of material while staging, storing, loading trucks, and unloading (WH/DIS) Lifts up to 50lbs repeatedly. Gets on and off forktruck repeatedly
•Maintains accurate inventory records for warehouse and cold box, including the scanning of products (WH/DIS)
•Attends site training sessions (WH/DIS)
•Performs Department 5s Inspections (WH/DIS)
•Load Pallet/Drum Truck (WH/DIS)
•Participates in lean activities (WH/DIS)
•Maintains level of housekeeping/sanitation/food safety and safety which meets Company's standards and guidelines(WH/DIS)
•Unload Shipments (REC)
•Coke Inspections (SHIP)
•IATA Checklist (SHIP)
•Overpack/Label Product for shipment (SHIP)
•Completes domestic paperwork/checklists (SHIP)
•Responsible for proper labeling to ensure all IATA and DOT paperwork is in place (SHIP)
•Final review of outgoing shipments to meet all regulatory, quality and customer requirements (SHIP)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (WH/DIS)
•Basic math and writing skills
•Familiar with basic warehousing and/or shipping/receiving procedures
•Must be able to follow written and flow-charted instructions
•Ability to obtain DOT, IATA and general awareness hazard training certification within 90 days
•Ability to troubleshoot
•Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
•Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA and internal safety guidelines
