Role Overview
In addition to the responsibilities of a Style Advisor which are providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, this position has the added responsible for opening and closing the store while adhering to Company policies and procedures. When management is absent, the Key Holder will ensure that the store is operating in a smooth and efficient manner and will assist the staff to resolve any customer service issues in a professional manner.
