We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in the Helotes, TX area to provide home health assistance in daily living and personal care services. This position has flexible day or night shifts available!

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients' activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• Minimum if 1 year experience in direct client care or in an institutional setting (Hospital, Nursing Home, Physicians Office, etc.
• Current CPR certification
• TB testing
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Dependable transportation
