Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team that embodies Giving values and promotes the Giving brand within the community. This includes cultivating our contracted caregiver network.
• Serve as a liaison between healthcare facilities and other external stakeholders, including government agencies, the Department of Labor, the authorized representative, community and community organizations.
• Develop, implement, maintain and communicate policies and procedures that conform to current standards of nursing practice, agency philosophy, and operational policies while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Communicate directly with clients/patients, families, contractors, interdisciplinary team members, and Department Heads to coordinate care and services, promote coordination of care plans, and maintain a high quality of care and life for clients/patients.
• Ensure coordination of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor patient outcomes and patient care plans.
• Oversee and maintain all clinical standards, policies and compliance for optimal patient care to include responding to agency, staff and patient inquiries and investigation and response to complaints.
• Performs other related duties as needed to provide excellent patient care and create a culture-rich environment for our employees.

• Management/supervisory experience of at least 5 years is perferred.
• Assessment skills for medical and clinical writing and review.
• Warm, friendly, accurate and persuasive communication skills as you speak with your team and customers.
• Ability to handle a quick, dynamic pace as we grow.
• Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• Must foster an environment of trust among the team with dedication to the needs of patients.
