The Patient Resource Specialist plays a pivotal role in assisting with various patient needs including reimbursement support, pharmacy assistance, and other resources critical to their care journey. This individual will collaborate closely with our Patient Coordinators, serving as a resource for patient-related administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination of services.

Responsibilities

• Reimbursement support
• Pharmacy assistance
• Medical related travel assistance
• Documentation and record-keeping
• Community resource assistance
• Prior authorizations

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Care Team or Billing/Medical Records/Revenue Cycle
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Pre-authorization experience preferred.
• Key competencies include communication both written and verbal, empathy, problem solving, detail oriented, accuracy, active listening, and tenacity.
