Job Title: Sales Representative for Triad Area

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Gizmo Brew Works is a local brewery with a 10 year history of producing high quality beers. We are looking for someone to join our team to grow sales within the Triad area. You would be responsible for growing volume in assigned geography and maintaining relationships with retailers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop key customers within assigned territory and build on the supplier/retailer relationship to grow sales and distribution.
• Foster and grow current account relationships within the assigned territory.
• Create, plan, and schedule events within account territory to help grow both branding and sales. This includes but is not limited to promotions, tastings, and special events like festivals and celebrations.
• Identify concerns and gather feedback to provide better quality and service to our customers. Represent the Company in a professional, responsible, fun, and culturally appropriate manner to our customers and distributors.
• Coordinate with Gizmo drivers to ensure deliveries are made
• Deliver to accounts as needed outside normal delivery schedule
• Educate wait staff and customers about products
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 2 years with a brewery or wholesaler selling beer to accounts is required to be considered for the position

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of the craft brewing industry
• Working knowledge of major beer styles, including origins and flavor profiles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Eligibility for alcoholic beverage licenses

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and do physically demanding work is required
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. is required
• Willingness to work events on evenings and weekends is required
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned area is required

Compensation includes a base salary and commission

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
