As a Guest Service Associate you will play a crucial role in creating an atmosphere that ensures our guests walk in and strut out! Responsibilities include:
- The ability to educate guests on waxing services to help drive sales and guest retention
- Scheduling reservations and manage booking with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and feedback with professionalism
- Upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales goals
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests.
- Creating a memorable experience for guests by being knowledgeable, friendly and adhering to EWC's protocols for servicing guests with standout customer service.
