Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our landscaping sales team. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers and meeting with them, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. You will meet with customers regularly and assess their properties and propose needed landscaping services.
Responsibilities

• Meet with customers regularly.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about landscaping services
• Use Microsoft 365, adobe, and RealGreen systems.
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelors degree is preferred
• Valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record are required
• Prior landscaping experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
