GL Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the system.

Full time

Onsite- Boca Raton

Monday- Friday

$20.00-$21.00 an hour range

Duties:

- Input and update data into databases
- Create spreadsheets and reports
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors
- Organize files and collect data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for pivot tables
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computerized systems
- Experience in data collection is advantageous
