Overview: 

Glacier Supply Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Seattle branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business operations to ensure customer and employee satisfaction, maintaining a professional image, and fostering excellent customer perception in the local market. 

Glacier Supply plans to open our Seattle store in May 2025. We aim to fill this position by September to allow the selected candidate ample time to travel to other Glacier Supply locations, gaining a thorough understanding of our culture and workspace standards.

What we do

Glacier Supply Group is a regional HVAC distributor of a complete line of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and water heating products. We provide products and services to the residential new construction and replacement markets as well as the light-commercial markets.

We are family owned and we have 7 stores serving HVAC contractors throughout Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

- Team Management: 

· Oversee Counter Sales staff to ensure customers' needs are met both in person and over the phone.

· Supervise Warehouse staff responsible for receiving, product put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping.

· Manage Delivery drivers to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries to customer sites.

- Customer Service: 

· Establish and monitor daily quality standards to ensure prompt, professional service both in person and over the phone.

· Directly assist customers during busy periods and maintain relationships with key customer accounts.

- Sales Coordination: 

· Collaborate with Outside Sales staff to understand customer needs and develop effective sales programs and promotions.

· Provide regular feedback to Outside Sales on customers’ buying habits and needs.

· Perform outside sales calls as necessary to support business growth.

- Travel: 

Candidates must be willing to travel to various Glacier Supply branches for training purposes to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operations and culture of Glacier Supply Group. Glacier Supply will provide a car allowance and/or a company gas card to cover travel expenses and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive business growth.

· Willingness to travel for training and professional development.
