Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-
quality patient home care and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create
individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular audits of nursing documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Manage shift schedules and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and nursing procedures
- Experience in supervising home health nursing staff
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation review
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Home Health settings is a plus!
- Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
