Position Overview:

We are seeking entrepreneurial and experienced private wealth advisors servicing high-net-worth clients and families to join our team in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California. Divergent provides a fully-integrated service model featuring shared infrastructure, comprehensive solutions, practice management, investment and thought leadership, ensuring our advisors receive best-in-class support and innovative strategies to serve their clients holistically. Our team specializes in alternative investments and advanced, sophisticated planning strategies, acting as in-house specialists for our advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, retain, and grow business relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to individual client needs and financial goals through thorough financial assessments.
• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through client acquisition strategies, networking, referrals, and community outreach efforts.
• Manage relationships with prospective clients to achieve higher conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Transferrable book of business with a minimum of $25M AUM.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
• Proven ability to build and manage a successful book of business, demonstrating strong client retention and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Highly professional work ethic.
