Gladiator Technologies is Hiring a Material Planner Near Snoqualmie, WA
Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain, production planning, and scheduling. Align the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process with order placement, tracking, and reconciliation for Raw materials, WIP, and FG management.
- Build and maintain robust relationships across departments including Assembly, Test, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales.
- Have a deep understanding of aerospace and defense material specifications and quality requirements.
- Guide Long Term Purchase Agreements (LTPA) and standard PO releases based on production planning requirements. Proactively confirm deliveries with internal and external suppliers to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Provide daily support to the production team. Utilize production planning insights to ensure a continuous material flow, resolve line-down issues, and expedite materials as needed.”
- Leverage analytics to identify the root causes for delivery misses and stock-outs. Implement corrective actions and adjust production planning accordingly.
Benefits
