Role at a Glance
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for Glammatic's relationship with our growing salon client base. You will facilitate new client onboarding calls, manage customer relationships, report on key KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to boost customer satisfaction and increase retention.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on significant responsibility. We are looking for a great communicator with 3 years of customer support experience, ideally working with the service industry. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (you’ll be talking to customers every day), are empathetic, technically savvy (you’ll be working with a variety of software tools), and dependable (our customers and team will rely on you).
