**Location:** Clovis, NM, US, 88101 * Manages layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.

* Manages employees in the warehouse

* Addresses issues relating to either customer complaints received from sales or complaints directly from customer Informs Sales/Quality Assurance Manager of customer of complaints.

* Works with sales/quality assurance to identify and classify Premium vs. down grade product. Finalizing schedules for shipping.

* Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.

* Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.

* Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.

* Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.

* Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.

* Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

* Issues written and oral instructions.

* Assigns duties and reviews work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

* Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

* Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.

* Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.

* Adjusts errors and complaints.

* Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholds the culture of Southwest Cheese non-negotiables.

* Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.

* Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)

* Ability to run, or learn to run and troubleshoot all equipment in the Warehouse.

* Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
