As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on inside sales and support calls.
You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
You will also be responsible for a multitude of daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, accounting, reporting and other duties required by the president.
You will work closely with other team members and management in multiple areas in a hybrid position based on your abilities.
Must be self-motivated, task and goal oriented and able to multi-task with minimal oversight.
This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action.
You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Compensation : $12.00 - $17.00 per hour starting rate based on experience
