Job Description
In-office (Sparta, NJ) position!
We are seeking an individual with construction estimating experience to be a vital part of our sales team!
Responsibilities:
- Complete quotes - estimating
- Diligently track and follow up on existing sales leads
- Provide a high level of support through a consultative sales approach to prospective customers
- Proactively communicate (by phone or email) with potential customers
- Read blueprints / Take Off's
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum construction estimating required
- Experience in the glass industry a plus!
- Experience with CRM software and Excel a must - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict calmly
- Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel), email, and web-based applications
We Offer:

- Base $45k - $60k/yr Commission $30k-$40k/yr
- Avg Annual Earnings ~ $60k - $100k
