The Glass Law Group is a workers’ compensation law firm seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal with a solid work ethic for our Woodland Hills office.

A successful legal secretary within our firm should possess the following qualities:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Effectively communicate and translate from English to Spanish

· Well-organized, detail oriented and hard-working;

· Ability to effectively multi-task;

· Strong verbal and written communication;

· Reliable

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-5 years of workers’ compensation legal secretary work;

· Case management skills

· Ability to handle case from inception to completion

· Scheduling medical appointments and depositions;

· Editing/proofreading, scanning, photocopying and filing;

· EAMS filing experience preferred;

· Maintain calendar and diaries;

· Administrative tasks associated with legal duties; and

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and familiarity with case management systems.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time; In office work; No remote work available

• Office Hours: 8am to 5pm; Monday to Friday

Physical Job Requirements: Position requires sitting for up to 6 hours per day while keyboarding and physical activity including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, repetitive motions and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
