Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable office personal to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure all aspects of job progress is on schedule
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the construction project
- Manage inventory and all shipping of products
- Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
- Coordinate with team on all deliveries of each job
- Report on all progress
- Inform customers on all deliveries that are coming in
- Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction or glass business
- Detailed ordinated and can handle multiple projects at 1 time
- Leadership and crisis resolution skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
Pay is based on Experience
