GWTC, a boutique law firm in downtown Memphis specializing in civil litigation, is looking for a legal assistant / paralegal to provide all aspects of litigation support, including correspondence, electronic filing in state and federal courts in the tri-state area, drafting pleadings and discovery, scheduling, and electronic and paper file management, to partner-level attorneys Richard Glassman and Lauran Stimac. A qualified candidate's skills need to include the ability to transcribe dictation, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with state and federal court e-filing systems. Experience with Clio is appreciated but not required. A candidate who is detail oriented, organized, and has strong time management and communication skills is likely to succeed in this role. At least one (1) year of law firm experience is required. Rate of pay is dependent upon experience.
