Underwriting/Origination Associate

Are you an analytical self-starter with a knack for multitasking and attention to detail? We're seeking a full-time investment professional for our clients growing Originations team. In this role, you'll support loan origination, investment underwriting, due diligence, and execution. You'll manage the entire deal life cycle, from origination to closing, ensuring the valuation and successful execution of our fund investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and close high-yield real estate debt investments, including pre-development land loans, bridge loans, and construction loans.
• Interface with potential borrowers and clients to screen, negotiate, and structure new opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and organize due diligence materials for multiple transactions, including financials, third-party reports, and property searches.
• Oversee credit underwriting, analysis of third-party reports, and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to negotiate term sheets and loan documents.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in structuring equity or debt transactions.
• Strong underwriting and modeling skills.
• A self-starter with independent thinking and a creative approach.
• Natural leadership, professional demeanor, and a robust real estate network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred.
