Position
- Job Title: Caregiver
- Location:5527 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Valley Village, CA 91607
- Type: Full-time
- Shift: PM Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) and NOC Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Compensation: Starts at $17/hour
- Provide support to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting
- Assist in serving meals and snacks at designated times
- Participate in and support the Activities Program
- Attend monthly and quarterly in-services offered by the facility
- Keep CPR and First Aid training current
- Align performance with the Program Design for residents with developmental disabilities
- Maintain detailed progress notes towards accomplishing the Individual Program Plan (IPP) objectives
- Mandatory Live-Scan Clearance and TB test
- CPR/First Aide certification required upon job offer
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred

Additional Information: Candidates must be able to pass a physical exam and criminal record review. The Caregiver role requires personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with older residents, families, and staff.
