Glen Raven is recruiting for a Material Handler at Glen Raven. This position will service operators and machines. This position adds value to the Burlington Plant by the commitment to achieve the highest level of production, quality and safety as well as teamwork when helping operators' transport/weigh packages from one machine to the other.
**This position is on 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am, with a pay rate of $17.72 per hour**

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow company policies, safe work practices, prevent injury to yourself and other associates
• Report any unsafe work condition or any work related injury to your supervisor immediately
• Service operators and machines
• Pack Tray-Paks with yarn from the machines
• Push Tray-Paks onto scale to be weighed
• Record production
• Sweep floors
• Pack/Unpack roller boxes
• Push roller boxes of yarn onto scale to be weighed
• Properly Identify Tray-Packs

Experience and Education:

• Previous experience in a textile manufacture preferred
• High School Diploma Preferred
