Glencoe Regional Health is Hiring a RN Case Manager - Wound Care Center - Part-Time Near Glencoe, MN

Position: RN Case Manager
Location: Wound Center
Department: Wound Center
Status: Part Time

FTE: 48 hours per 2-week pay period

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the patient care in the Wound Center. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards. This position also includes the ability to provide case management and care coordination for a group of patients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse preferred with a current license in the state of Minnesota.
Wound Care Certification ideal.
Medical Surgical, home health, or wound care experience desired.
Maintains and demonstrates competency in BLS (Basic Life Support), infections control, safety and all unit required skill review.
A proven professional that can provide excellent customer service and possess superior communication skills.

The Center for Advanced Wound Care, located within Glencoe Regional Health Services, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
