Our maintenance workers play an essential role in serving our residents and guests! We are seeking full time experienced maintenance workers who can work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We have 2 positions available. The schedules are 40 hours per week, Sun-Thurs 2p-10p and 1p-9p. Pay rate is $20/hour. Responsibilities And Duties

- Follow routine and daily schedules.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry as needed.
- Paint and repair walls, ceilings, furniture, doors, etc.
- Complete landscaping, leaf clean up and snow removal with manual and power equipment as needed.
- Respond to requests throughout the facility.
- Follow safety protocols and safety regulations, infection control and universal precaution procedures at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
