**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and machinery. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8a - 5p and Monday and Tuesday off

Pay Rate: $17.68/hr.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery

- Support facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Read and interpret schematics to aid in repairs

- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs

- Welding tasks as required

- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies

**Experience:**

- Customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repair

- Ability to read schematics for machinery and equipment

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus

- Welding experience is beneficial

- Leadership skills for supervising tasks when needed
