We are seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our financial operations. Your expertise in finance and accounting principles will be crucial in keeping precise financial records and adhering to regulatory requirements.

 Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to promote efficient financial management
• Preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform day to day accounting functions of accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management
• Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take direction, prioritize, project manage and be well organized
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Proficient in utilizing accounts receivable software and managing client billing processes
• Provides leadership in developing financial systems, by either repairing or replacing those currently in place
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Assume additional duties as appropriate to the position

 Qualifications: 

• In-person position – San Luis Obispo
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Five years of progressive responsible experience in a senior level accounting/finance position preferred

Compensation:

Pay is market competitive and based on your experience $80-110k
