Communicating with clients

 Completing intakes and gathering necessary documents and information to

begin building a case.

 Managing all administrative responsibilities in the legal office and other duties as

assigned.

 Organizing all legal documents and file(s) in an organized manner.

 Requesting medical records, bills and various other case related documentation.

 Compiling an itemization of all medical expenses in an organized manner.

 Must be able to effectively communicate with various members of the legal

team.

 Must be Proficient in excel, word, use of various office equipment to include but

not limited to computer, copier, fax, telephone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
