The Impact You Can MakeThe assistant Nurse Manager, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, plans, organizes, directs and actively participates in the nursing care of patients, works with the multi-disciplinary team to manage the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes problem solving, coordination of assignments and patient placement, staffing, CI activities, facilitation of staff competency, validation and performance monitoring. The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a role model and a mentor to staff.

- BSN required
- 3 years relevant clinical experience required.
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- BLS certification
- Certification in specialty area preferred
