Position Summary:
This a great exciting opportunity to grow in the industry! This position will assist homeowner’s with the selection of standard features and/or upgrades for their new home by supporting the Option Coordinator with preparing all necessary documents and materials for each appointment. In this position you will also assist in our Stay and Play program. We offer potential buyers our Stay & Play program, so they can experience our resort-inspired lifestyle and luxury home living before purchasing.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for assisting homeowners with their interior and exterior selections on the weekends, including but not limited to, showing all options offered in the design center, pricing options, providing locations of options for customers to view in the model homes.
* Confirm all color/option selection appointments prior to the date that they are to occur with the homeowner.
* Send letters/emails to homeowner related to scheduling of appointments or rescheduling of missed appointments.
* Assists the Options Coordinators by preparing documents for upcoming appointments. These documents include but are not limited to Color Selection Addenda, Lot Fit, Floorplan Exhibits, Electrical Exhibits, Cabinet Drawings, Flooring Matrix, Flooring Exhibit, and Misc. Exhibits. Assists with entering homeowner’s reselections through the change order process (when applicable).
* Assist in preparing package of selection documents for the following departments:
* Overall organization of the design center including samples, inventory, and communication with marketing to update the online options catalog (when applicable).
Stay and Play Responsibilities:
* Stay & Play duties include registering and managing the check-in/check-out process for each guest, provide guests with their itinerary, keys to the Stay & Play house and community amenities, emergency contacts, area attractions and events, and provide overview of house features and/or instructions.
* Daily Utilization of our internal systems to ensure guests are registered and assigned properly.
* Manage, schedule, and supervise cleaning crews and make sure inventory is up to date on a weekly basis for each Stay & Play house.
* Maintain guest records and transactions and accommodate guest requests in a timely manner and coordinate with maintenance for any needed repairs.
* Communication with the Lifestyle Director to ensure guests are participating in community events during their stay.
* Updating the Stay and Play House binders including but not limited to upcoming event flyers, fitness class schedules, Spa hours and events, Restaurant Menu, and Misc. flyers that promote the lifestyle.
* Other related duties as assigned by management team.
