EMPLOYMENT RECRUITER | Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified candidates using a variety of search methods to fill a number of job openings
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and phone screens
- Perform interviews and complete reference checks
- Complete new-hire processes and paperwork with qualifying applicants
- Match employees with jobs according to their qualifications and clients needs
- Provide support, direction and coaching to employees
- Educate and enforce all company policies (performance, attendance, safety, etc.)
- Maintain communication with the team, clients and employees regarding all relevant information

EMPLOYMENT RECRUITER |Preferred Skills:
- Customer Service experience
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be reliable, honest and have excellent people skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a phone - and be reachable by phone before & after office hours (monthly reimbursements included)
- Must have a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - ALL DAYS - In office from 8am-5:30pm, M-F and on-call weekends (occasionally)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - REQUIRED
