GLISS Staffing is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team! You will be representing GLISS Staffing on site at one of our external customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, talent acquisition, and a drive for connecting top talent with rewarding opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, social media management, and lead generation to attract top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage applicant tracking systems
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Support talent management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
